Easy return procedure:

1. Put the item (s) preferably in its original packaging. The items must be in the condition in which they were received; unworn and with all the original labels.

2. Please fill out the cancellation form and state the reason for the return.

3. Submit this package for return transport at a DHL, UPS, DPD or PostFiliale in your area.

Returns provisions

Would you like to return part of your order to us? Then you can have it up to 30 days from the invoice date and in a salable condition return it for a refund or in exchange for an equivalent product. In order to be able to offer you our return guarantee, we ask you to return the goods just try it out like in a shop and the goods are complete, in their original packaging, in an unused and undamaged condition and with all of the original labels.


We can only accept returns on goods purchased directly from www.dos-caballos.com. If you bought a Dos Caballos product from a third party, please contact them directly regarding your return.



Faulty goods

From time to time production errors cannot be avoided. If you think your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us. If an item is damaged from intensive or long-term use, this is not to be considered a manufacturing defect.



Returns Germany and international

Please note that we only cover the return costs within Germany. For international returns, they are for it to bear any costs incurred by you. We ask for your understanding.



This is how your return works:

1. Preferably put the item in its original packaging .

2. Please fill out the cancellation form and state the reason for the return.

3. Scan the QR code on your cancellation form and you will get to the DHL return portal.

Option 1: Simply scan the QR code on your smartphone when you hand in the parcel in the parcel shop.

Option 2: Print the label, stick it on the parcel and hand it in at the parcel shop.
