Responsibility, more than just a good feeling!

Dos Caballos is a cycling clothing company from the heart of Freiburg. Surrounded by mountains and forests, our locations are centrally located in the city centre and the outlet store with our office closely. We spend most of our free time in nature and of course on our bikes. Our challenge, or let's call it mission, is to protect and respect nature without compromising the quality of our products.

Eco-friendly transportation

Kurze Wege und die Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen Unternehmen sind uns wichtig, wie die umweltschonende Produktion unserer Artikel. Deshalb nutzen wir den Velokurier, um in unserem Shop in der Freiburger Innenstadt alle Größen und Artikel für dich parat zu haben.

Shipping and packaging

We ship your new cycling shorts, your sporty jersey in unprinted cardboard boxes to keep the recyclability high. Hangtags and labels are printed exclusively on certified recycled paper. Our products are still packaged in plastic bags. It's important to us that your new favourite items arrive undamaged. But we don't throw anything away, everything that comes back to us is recycled. So, we have a cycle of plastic bags.

Office

We work as well as possible without printouts, paper less office is what they call it: If we do have to use the printer, we use recycled paper. It's only a small contribution to the environment, but it's a start.

Recycling

In 2019, we have created the REcycling label to promote sustainably produced clothing in cycling. This guarantees that the products marked with this label are made from a high proportion of recycled materials, which have been produced almost exclusively from recycled raw materials.

We will continue to work on becoming more and more sustainable. In our next project we want to tackle the packaging material and further enrich our products on the website with data to minimize returns as much as possible
