Before you register in our online shop, you need a customer account at MeinEinkauf.ch. You can easily create and receive this on their website then a personalized e-mail address from MeinEinkauf.ch. If you already have a customer account, you can skip this step.

You then use this MeinEinkauf.ch e-mail address to register in the Dos Caballos online shop.

RETURNS

Easy return procedure:

1. Put the item (s) preferably in its original packaging. The items must be in the condition in which they were received; unworn and with all the original labels.

2. Please fill out the cancellation form and state the reason for the return.

3. Submit this package for return transport at a DHL, UPS, DPD or PostFiliale in your area.
